"A Yahoo! Local user I recently bought a boat online from Pacific Marine Center. This is the first time I had purchased anything sight unseen, and the owner, Jack, was very informative and straight up when it came to the description and the price. I drove up to his business from Los Angeles with my family in tow on a Saturday, and we did not arrive until around 7:15 pm. Even though they closed at around 5pm, Jack and his team stayed late for us so we could inspect and pick up the boat. All of the financial matters were done via email and the paperwork was pretty straight forward. I would recommend Jack and Pacific Marine Center in the future, and I will probably go see him when I am ready to sell and/or trade the boat. The only downside to the entire process was getting the current registration for the boat, which took almost 2 months to complete, but I suspect that the DMV had a great deal to do with that. Jack even had one of his workers deliver an anchor to me because the boat did not have one when purchased. Overall I had a great experience with Pacific Marine Center and they will get my repeat business as well as recommendations from me in the future. "

"I purchased a crestliner 2008 fishhawk 1750 from them in 2008. The boat was exactly what they said it was . I shopped all over the country for one and Pacific Marine had what I wanted and took very good care of Me. I would not hesitate to do business with them. They are first class in my opinion. "We have had the most outstanding experience purchasing boats from this company. We have been boating for over forty years. Customer service is everything to us (we are very direct and don't play the salesman games). When we go shopping for a boat we can tell through the owner, salesman, mechanic and office staff as to how we are going to be treated if we need to return our boat for any repairs or service. Once you step foot in their door they treat you with respect and not that you are a potential buyer to make some money. When you place a telephone call to them and they are not available they will call you back right away. They go more than out of their way to make sure you are happy before you leave their establishment. We have referred many of our boating friends due to the treatment that we were given. This company also sold two of our used boats (at different times) and their advertising was exceptional and never misleading. They worked very hard as a team and of course they sold right away. We now do not shop around like we have done in the past because now we are a lifetime customer of theirs!!! Special thanks to Jack and Staci."

"I purchased a 2005 Tracker Tundra boat from Pacific Marine Center and had a Great experience. Jack was patient with all the phone calls since I am from Canada Plus never bought anything without seeing it and trying it out. I did the deal with Jack and of course Staci sent all the proper papers for the final sale. "I purchased a Premier pontoon boat from Pacific Marine Center and was very pleased with my experience. Jack went above and beyond to make the deal right and I truly appreciate that. We live in Washington State so this was a long distance transaction for us. " Love the boat, it's been the highlight of my summer. I taught my oldest boy to knee board and the youngest to tube. It hasn't been a great year for fishing, but still enjoy trying. The boat has been everything Jack promised and more It was a used boat and the service department quickly repaired everything I found. I would definitely take the 6 hour drive again for any future boat purchases "

"Very Happy with the boat purchase experience at Pacific Marine The price was very fare and Jack was always available to answer any questions before I decided to make the trek down from Sacramento to pick-up my 2007 SanPan 2500RE Once I decided to buy the boat Staci did an excellent job coordinating all of the loan documentation so that we could get the boat out on the water for Fathers day Weekend! When I showed up to sign the purchase docs and make a final review of the boat they were very accomodating Their technician spent over an hour with me just going over all of the details and operation instructions for the boat. This was a great experience and I will definitely recomend Pacific Marine Center to others"
